- Any Changes or cancellations to appointments must be made within 24 hours to avoid penalties or loss of deposit

Payments are accepted in both Cash or Bank Transfer.
Prices for services are subject to change according to the density of your hair.

Cancellations and No shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide sufficient notice as per our policy to avoid any cancellation fees.
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
Late Arrivals
We recommend arriving on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full duration of the service
In the event of a late arrival, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, the service may need to be adjusted or shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
