Booking and Reservation
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • To secure your appointment, a deposit will be required
  • Any Changes or cancellations to appointments must be made within 24 hours to avoid penalties or loss of deposit
Services
  • We strive to provide the highest standard of service, using our expertise and best practices, but however results may vary depending on individual factors and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

  • It is essential to communicate any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions to our therapist prior to the appointment to ensure your safety and wellbeing.

Payments
  • Payments are accepted in both Cash or Bank Transfer.

  • Prices for services are subject to change according to the density of your hair.

  • Any additional services or products will be added to your final bil

Cancellations and No shows
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide sufficient notice as per our policy to avoid any cancellation fees. 

  • Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

Late Arrivals
  • We recommend arriving on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full duration of the service

  • In the event of a late arrival, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, the service may need to be adjusted or shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
